There are no contact forms: you reach us by phone or email, and any data stays inside that conversation.

The menu can store the dishes you select in your browser, to build your order summary. They stay on your device for the length of the session, do not identify you and are never sent anywhere: this is a technical function and needs no consent.

The host records request IP addresses in technical logs, kept only as long as the security of the service requires.
